As you know, Crickles now sources all of your activity data from the excellent intervals.icu platform. A number of Crickles users have asked for the ability to re-load their data into Crickles - either because they have made some kind of change in intervals.icu that hasn’t fed through to Crickles, although normal activity updates should be automatically reflected, or because for some reason data is missing. This function is now available from the Crickles Profile page where there is a new Refresh My Data button. When you hit this you’ll see a dialogue box asking you to confirm that you want to do the refresh.

Should you do so, Crickles starts re-reading your history from intervals.icu straight away. Your existing data stays in place while that runs, so you can carry on using the Navigator, and it is replaced by the newly read history once the refresh completes. This usually takes a couple of minutes, although it can take longer if you have a lot of history.

Any data that Crickles was able to retain from a Crickles classic account stays where it is. It did not come from intervals.icu, so a refresh neither removes it nor reloads it.

As ever, let me know if you run into any problems with this feature or have any questions.
